Case Manager for Integrated Care, Weingarten Center

Job Description

The Case Manager facilitates introductions to relevant Weingarten staff members thus forming a case team, continues to track the student’s interactions with staff, and assembles a profile of the student’s progress. The Case Manager consults with the Weingarten case team about the student’s progress to determine if the student’s needs have been adequately and appropriately addressed. The Case Manager serves as a campus liaison, interfacing with CAPS, SIS, Penn First Plus, Public Safety, and academic offices in all 12 schools, thus promoting the services of the Weingarten Center and creating holistic approaches that empower students in their academic journey at Penn.


  • Master’s degree required with preference given to candidates with a background in higher education counseling/academic advising.

  • 5-7 years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Seeking an individual who can promote teamwork, be flexible with attention to detail, and communicate with a high degree of professionalism.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment is a must.

Pay Rate

$50,684.00 - $77,716.00
