Laurie spent seventeen years at Princeton University, most recently in the Office of the Executive Vice President as Assistant Director for Administrative Planning where she participated in enterprise level planning, financial stewardship, risk management, and organizational development. She received her BA and Ed.M. at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ and is currently a doctoral candidate in the Graduate School of Education at Penn with research interest in the perceived value of formalized education across communities and cultures, ecosystems for first generation student support, student-athlete protections and supports, and institutional definitions and investment in community and belonging,

Natty joined the Career Services team in February 2017. His work entails meeting with students from the College of Arts & Sciences about their future career and internship plans. He now leads the team working with Wharton undergraduates. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Natty’s high school mascot was also the Quaker. His interest in higher education started when he was an RA at New York University where he majored in Media, Culture and Communication. Loving the ability to explore multiple disciplines and subjects, Natty also minored in both English and Web Design. Prior to coming to the University of Pennsylvania, Natty worked at Temple University as a Pre-Health advisor for four years. While at Temple, he earned his M.Ed. in Educational Leadership. Erin earned her PhD at Penn, was a member of City & State PA's inaugural Pride Power 100, and has won four Models of Excellence Awards, Penn's highest staff honor.
